COMPETITIVE TEAM

At Head Over Heels Gymnastics, we believe that success is about more than medals. Our athletes learn dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship, creating friendships and life skills that extend far beyond the gym.

Placement on our competitive team is by coach assessment or invitation to ensure each athlete is training in the program that best supports their development. We currently run competitive programs in Xcel and ODP.
