Helpful Hints for Registering Your Child for Summer Camp:

As we have a new system this year, here are a few things to help you when booking your child into summer camp!

​

**Full Program = Full Week.  

**Drop In = Single Days within the ‘Full Program’ Week.

​

  • Using Quick Search type “Summer” and you’ll bring up all our Summer Camp Weeks.

 

  • To register your child for the Full Week of Summer Camp:

    • Click the REGISTER button on the right-hand side.

    • *If you have more than one child registered with the gym, choose your child’s name from the drop-down menu titled “Which participant is to be enrolled in this program?”

    • Choose ‘Full Program’ by clicking in the circle beside. You will see a green check mark in the option you’ve chosen.

    • Click the OK button to add to your cart.

 

  • To register your child for Individual Days of Summer Camp:

    • Click the REGISTER button on the right-hand side.

    • *If you have more than one child registered with the gym, choose your child’s name from the drop-down menu titled “Which participant is to be enrolled in this program?”

    • Choose ‘Drop In’ option by clicking the circle on the right hand side. You will see a green check mark in the option you’ve chosen.

    • The days of the week will drop down, click the empty square box on the right-hand side to choose them.

    • Once finished, click the OK button to add to your cart.

 

  • Once you’ve added all the dates or weeks you’d like, click OK. 

  • Repeat step 2 to add more weeks / individual dates to your cart.

  • Ready to check out? Click the SHOPPING CART button at the top right of the screen.

  • Review your cart.

  • Click the BILLING INFORMATION button. Ensure your CONTACT & BILLING information is up to date.

  • Ensure all Waivers / Policies are signed off on.

    • They will be highlighted in yellow if they require attention.

    • Click the empty box beside the outstanding waiver or policy.

    • A new window will open, scroll down, fill in the PARTICIPANTS name, click ACCEPT. (You will not be allowed to check out if you do not accept the outstanding Waiver / Policies).

  • Once finished, click the PAYMENT INFORMATION button on the right-hand side. 

    • Click PAY BY CREDIT CARD on the left-hand side. 

    • Enter your credit card information.

    • Click SUBMIT.

    • ​

**If you’d prefer to PAY BY E-TRANSFER you are welcome to e-transfer the gym the total amount using email headoverheelsgym@gmail.com and our admin will update your invoice once received. If you have a credit on your account, the system will automatically apply it to the invoice.)

 MORE INFO FOR OUR CAMPS:​

For minimum ages 5 yrs - maximum 12 yrs

 **for legal / safety reasons we cannot admit children younger than 5 years of age.

​

PA Day Camps: $60.00 +HST / child per day

Summer Camp: $65.00 +HST/ child per day

$292.50 +HST per week, 10% discount for booking full week!

Cost is non-refundable whether you need to cancel last minute OR your children are sick.

We require one weeks notice to receive a full refund for camp days, a $20 admin fee will be charged for any and all refunds.​

Payment must be received prior to day of camp or your spot will be offered to the

first-up on our waitlist. Thank you.

What Camps do you offer?

Our camps include PA Day, Christmas, March Break and Summer Camps.

What's a typical day of camp like?

9 am - 4 pm daily

Gymnastics across various events, games and arts & crafts.

​

Is Lunch Included?

No, lunch is NOT included.

We are required to bring lunch, 3 snacks for breaks and a

water bottle (well labelled so your child can recognize it among others).

​

*We are not a nut free facility*

​

What to bring?

 1. Lunch and three snacks for break time 

2. Water bottle (labelled)

3. A backpack to carry all belongings at one time

4. A change of clothing (for emegency messes)

 

     No running shoes are needed inside the gym.

​

Proper gym attire is required, no jeans, skirts or dresses.

​

 Please make sure your child’s belongings are properly labeled

so we have no mix-ups regarding lunch bags, water bottles, etc.

 

Each child will have a designated chair/spot

at their groups' table throughout the entire day.

All backpacks/bags will stay on their specific chair.​

**New Policy: 

Toileting and Clothing Change Policy

For the health, safety, and dignity of all gymnastics campers, Head Over Heels Gym maintains the following policy regarding toileting accidents:

If a child soils themselves during the camp day and requires a change of clothing due to a bowel movement, the child’s parent or guardian will be contacted and required to pick the child up from camp for the remainder of the day.

Head Over Heels Gym staff are not permitted to assist with cleaning or changing a child after a toileting accident involving fecal matter. This policy is in place due to health and sanitation considerations, as well as staff training limitations.

Parents and guardians are expected to ensure that children enrolled in camp are fully toilet-trained and able to manage their own toileting needs independently for the duration of the camp day.

This policy applies to all campers unless specific accommodations have been formally arranged in advance with camp administration.

​

PLEASE NOTE: All camp participants must have a NEW waiver

filled out by their parent or guardian.

​

***Athletes will not be allowed in the gym without a properly filled out / signed waiver. Scan the QR Code below to fill out online!***​​​​​​​​​​
