BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES
$250.00 + HST up to 10 kids
$300.00 + HST up to 15 kids
$350.00 + HST up to 20 kids
$400.00 + HST 20+ kids

*A $50.00, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date.
We offer 2 types of parties:
​
Open Gym / Free Play: If the birthday child is turning 3 years of age their party will be one hour open gym style party and parents will be required to enter the gym and accompany their child for the free play. You then have 45 minutes in our party room for food, cake & presents.
​
Class Lead with a Certified Coach: If the birthday child is turning 4 years of age or older they will be led in an hour long class style party. They will learn skills on all 5 events (floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline). You will then have 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake & presents.​
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party to get situated, greet your guests in the lobby and order food as required.

Our parties are scheduled back to back, please be cleaned up and ready to leave by the end time of your party so the next party can make their way in.
​
You are welcome to bring in outside food & decorations to enhance your party's theme!
​
*We are not an allergy friendly gym. If there is an allergy in your party, you must make arrangements to accommodate them.

We provide the plates, cups, and cutlery!
Fridge, Coffee Machine & Water Dispenser on-site.​
​
As per gym policy, parents of children under 4 years of age MUST remain
with their child in the gym at all times.
​​​​* The main gymnastics floor is closed to the public during birthday party time*​
​​​​*Every child & adult participating in the gym MUST have a completed waiver*
* Party date can be changed up to 2 weeks before the date of the current
reservation at no charge providing another date is not already booked*
GYM WAIVER
Every child (& adult) participating in the gym will require a wavier
signed by the parents of that child, not the parent who's hosting
the party or who brought them to the party.
*Any child without a waiver will be unable to participate on the gym floor*​​
