GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE
$250.00 + taxes
*A $50.00, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date.
1 hour of class style fitness and fun in the gym with a certified coach
and 45 minutes in the party room for cake & gifts.

***This is the maximum number of children we can
accommodate at this time.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party to get situated, greet your guests in the lobby and order food as required.

Our parties are scheduled back to back, please be cleaned up and ready to leave by the end time of your party so the next party can make their way in.
​
You are welcome to bring in outside food & decorations to enhance your party's theme!
(We are not an allergy friendly gym. If there is an allergy in your party, you must make arrangements to accommodate them.)

We provide the plates, cups, and cutlery!
Fridge, Coffee Machine & Water Dispenser on-site.​

As per gym policy, parents of children under 4 years of age MUST remain
with their child in the gym at all times.
​​​​* The main gymnastics floor is closed to the public during birthday party time*​
​​​​*Every child & adult participating in the gym MUST have a completed waiver*
* Party date can be changed up to 2 weeks before the date of the current
reservation at no charge providing another date is not already booked*
GYM WAIVER
Every child (& adult) participating in the gym will require a wavier
signed by the parents of that child, not the parent who's hosting
the party or who brought them to the party.
*Any child without a waiver will be unable to participate on the gym floor*​​
