Fun for parents & children 5 and under!
Children and parents have use of the entire facility.
A great way to introduce children to being in the gym & gymnastics! A Certified Coach is on site for any questions you might have.
*Parents must accompany children into gym.
Time for the adults to have some fun! Come and try some old tricks or learn some new ones.
This is a "no pressure" type of class with a certified coach on site for instruction if you want it. Play on trampoline and have a great workout.
