Waiver information

When registering for a class or program, you will have to agree to our facility waiver before proceeding to your cart to check out.

This is NOT an online fillable form, you can print it off and bring it into the gym if you wish but it's not mandatory as you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on the form when you click "next".
