**The last Summer 6PM Adult Drop-in class is this
Wednesday September 2nd 2026.
We're back to Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00pm- 9:30pm, starting
Monday September 14th!
WAIVER INFORMATION
When registering for a class or program,
you will have to agree to our facility
waiver before proceeding to check out.
Scan the QR Code to fill out our
MANDATORY Gym Waiver online.
It is important to read over our waiver fully.
